Any MyTV subscriber who subscribes to the Classic package can now watch your favorite channels on the go. There are just a few easy steps to follow and you will be on your way to enjoying TV from anywhere. Each subscriber must set up their username and password to be able to access MyTV Everywhere from any device connected to the Internet.
To create your login you need to click the SmartHub Registration button below and select New User. Before registering as a new user there are a few things that you need to know:
Most of this information can be obtained from your most recent bill or by calling a Customer Care Consultant. You will also be asked to select a hint question and answer for security purposes. After you accept the terms and conditions and click submit, you will receive an email with a temporary access password. You will be required to change your password to access your account. Once this process is complete, you will now be able to activate and/or access your TV Everywhere programming.
To activate your TV Everywhere account, click the "Edit TV Everywhere" link on the left side bar menu in SmartHub and follow the prompts by creating a username (must be at least 5 characters) and password. You will gain access to Randolph Telephone's TV Everywhere within 24 hours. You will not receive a verification email stating you have access. You will have to try logging in to a programmer's site to see if your access has been accepted. To do this, click on one of the programmer icons located at www.rtmc.net/tve. Select Randolph Telephone as your provider and use your TV Everywhere username and password to watch live programming with any device connected to the Internet.
You will then download individual apps on your device or you may choose to use the links provided to you below.
*If you make any changes to your TV Everywhere account it will take 4 hours for it to authenticate.
If you plan to use a smartphone to Watch TV Everywhere please know this will transmit a lot of data. Please be aware of your data policy to avoid charges on your next bill. Quality of service depends on the speed of your connection. For example, a weak cell or wi-fi signal could affect your quality of service.
Watch TV Everywhere may not work on all devices and may not be available on all networks carried.
